Shipping is free on orders $100+.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order. As soon as the package is ready to ship, you'll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number. We can not guarantee delivery times, once packages are in the hands of the carrier they are no longer in our control. The tracking information provided to you is the same information available to us. Orders will be shipped first thing Monday - Thursday. Any orders made Thursday night - Sunday will be shipped out first thing Monday.

I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, CAN THIS BE CHANGED/UPDATED?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes or cancellations to order that are placed on our system. Please make sure to enter the correct shipping address before submitting your order. 5th Coven Candle Co. does not take responsibility for lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
