Due to the nature of the product, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not offer refunds/exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations/returns.

Please note, 5th Coven Candle Co. reserves the right to refuse all returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the event that the product arrives damaged, we will send replacements for damaged/missing products reported within 7 days of receipt of the package. Please email 5thcoven.candleco@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery. Include a photo of the damaged item, shipping box, a description of the issue, and the Order Number to ensure a speedy resolution. In the event the items are unavailable for replacement, we will issue a store credit.
